On the afternoon of April 2nd, the leaders of the Education Bureau, NPC deputies, CPPCC members, more than 20 representatives of the masses, and the heads of the schools in the streets of Hengfeng, Wenling, were invited to carry out the theme demonstration around the construction of the central kindergarten.

It is understood that there are currently three secondary schools in Hengfeng street, which are well-developed shoe-making industries and a large number of migrant population.

Wenling City ninth middle school as a result of the reduction of student resources, has been reduced from the original 24 classes 800 students to 12 classes now 440 students, most of the local students have been outflow to the city schools, there is still a part of the classroom idle.

In stark contrast, the central primary school is overcrowded, with 24 classes sitting in nearly 1600 people, and more than half of them are children of migrant workers. The number of each class is over 60, and teaching resources are very scarce.

Besides, there are several kindergartens belonging to 3 primary schools in the street, and 9 kindergartens are privately run. No kindergartens play a leading role. Due to the shortage of land resources, every inch of the land in the street is small and small, and the new center nursery is more difficult.

How can we make comprehensive use of the existing teaching resources and solve the existing problems?

At the demonstration meeting, the participants made positive suggestions and put forward 3 solutions to solve the problem: first, land acquisition and new central kindergartens; two, replacement of educational resources, replacement of ninth secondary schools and primary schools in Hengfeng; three, the establishment of experimental schools, primary schools or secondary schools, the implementation of the "nine year system", and the establishment of primary schools for migrant workers in Dongyang primary schools, so that the idle classroom of secondary schools could be rationally utilized, and the management mode of "one game of chess" could be implemented.

For each group of proposals put forward by the delegates, the participants will carry out a feasibility demonstration, analyze the pros and cons, and the street leaders said that they will further deepen and refine the plan on the basis of fully soliciting public opinions, and draw up detailed plans. Then, through the adjustment of hearings in the school network, the plan for the construction of the central kindergarten will be handed over to the masses for more public support.
