This Tibetan girl is Chunhua, the general manager of Deqing County Sangzhuo National Clothing Development Co., Ltd. Her hometown is Badong Village, which is located deep in Deqin County and built near the mountains. Many years ago, most of the villagers here chose to go out to work, and Badong Village once became a well-known "migrant village".

I have always loved Tibetan traditional costumes since I was young. Although my hometown is remote and the per capita farmland is small, many of the sisters in the village who go out to work are "skilled craftsmen" who make traditional costumes. Therefore, in 2017, she resolutely quit her original job, founded a company in Badong Village, and began to operate Tibetan clothing.

According to Chunhua, at the beginning of her entrepreneurship, she found that because there were few Tibetan clothing production companies, the purchase channel was narrow, the clothing was rough, the fabric was ordinary, but the price was high. Therefore, Chunhua decided to reform: establish a production workshop, introduce advanced automation equipment to improve the production efficiency and quality of products, innovate and improve Tibetan clothing styles, set up an online sales team to expand sales channels... From inheriting the tradition to daring to break the tradition, improve and innovate, Chunhua took over the baton of inheriting national clothing skills from the hands of older people.

"After more than a year in the factory, my income has increased, and I have learned more about Tibetan clothing and Tibetan culture, and also got many opportunities to go out and study," said Xue Jun, an employee of the company. From 17 people in the small workshop period to 52 people at present, Chunhua's company has developed better and better, and its brand has also gained some popularity. In 2022, the turnover will be 5.2 million yuan, and the average monthly salary of employees will be 4000 yuan.

The continuous operation of the company has also driven the development of the local economy of Badong Village. The "working village" in those days has changed into a well-known "common wealth village". In the future, Spring Flower will continue to drive the villagers to become rich together while inheriting the national costumes. "At the beginning, I didn't think much about returning to my hometown to start a business, but now I see that the living conditions and mental state of the people in Badong Village have been improved, and I think the original choice was worth it." (End)
